From hurricanes to colorful sunsets and everything in between, there is nothing more captivating to me than studying the weather around us. Ever since the 6th grade I would wake up extra early to watch the weather segment on my local news. I love the idea that the weather is ever changing. No day will be the exact same- which in my opinion is the most intriguing thing about pursuing Meteorology. This passion is what led me to the Atmospheric Sciences department at the University of Georgia.

I started college in 2019 at Kennesaw State University  and then transferred to the University of Georgia in the fall of 2020.  I am pursuing a BS in Atmospheric Sciences and am graduating in the Summer of 2023.  I have been blessed by such a great group of friends and professors within my major at the University that truly push me and encourage me to be the best. During my time here, I have had the opportunity to challenge myself and create forecasts for not only Athens, but also for most of North Georgia, and for the iconic Redcoat Marching Band that follows the football team to multiple different states during the fall season. I also have been exposed to incredible technology including WSI Max, the OBS system and much more that I believe has prepared me for life post-grad.

In my free time I love adventuring around Athens with my friends, working out, or soaking in the sunshine with a good book in hand.
