Good evening, Athens and North Georgia! We've had a lovely day here today in Athens with mild morning temperatures warming up in the afternoon. We can expect to see similar weather across North Georgia as we head into Thursday.


Tonight we're cooling off down to 63 here in Athens and 59 in Canton. While it's feeling like fall in the early morning, things are sure to heat up during the day. High temperatures of 90 and 87 in Athens and Canton respectively. Rain chances will hold off until this weekend when a cold front brings wetter weather with plenty of rain.
