Seasonal Temps Just In Time For Thanksgiving
Good evening Athens! Unfortunately, not the most favorable of days as we have experienced periodic rainfall mixed with occasional sunshine all day with those climatologically high temps still lingering. Most of Western North Georgia underwent severe weather warnings throughout the morning with storms dissipating as they moved east. As we make our way into Tuesday night, we can see that overcast skies and showers have made their entrance and are here to stay for the remainder of the evening...

Summer Is Holding On Tight!
Good evening Athens! As we make our quite warm entrance into the weekend we can expect this period of dry sunny weather to transition into some potential rain/storms as the result of a cold front moving east over the next few days. As for tonights weather we can expect lows in the mid 40s and clear skies, perfect weather to see 2025s largest supermoon rising tonight. Winds will also remain calm for the remainder of the night. Our Friday forecast should look pretty similar to todays weather....

A Stretch of Sunshine (and cooler weather)
Good evening Athens! It has been a nice start to our week so far as we can see by today’s chilly start making way for a high in the mid 70s this afternoon. As we go into the evening hours, we will see those temperatures begin to drop quite rapidly over night expecting a repeat of temperatures in the mid 40s tomorrow morning.
