Continued Warmth and Rain Looming

It has been an absolutely glorious day for weather across Georgia for lovers of warmth and pool weather. This is expected to continue tomorrow with highs generally expected to be in the low to mid-80s before a storm system moves through tomorrow night to break the "Groundhog Day"-esque pattern we have gotten caught up in this week.

Rain chances will increase as you move Northwestward through the region, with a 40% chance of rain in the Athens area and an 80% chance of rain in Northwest Georgia around Ball Ground. Regardless of precipitation amounts, this will help lower temperatures across the region heading later into the weekend. Stay dry and have a great weekend!
