Is it cold or is it hot? Georgia, make up your mind!

Last night was extremely cold for this time of year. While it didn't break any record lows across Georgia, temperatures were below average by about 15 degrees. However, freezing temperatures in March are still common. Tonight, we will have another night below freezing and a freeze warning across all of North Georgia.


How much longer are we going to stay in this trend? Not long at all. By this weekend you will have forgotten about the cold temperatures. On Friday and Saturday, most of North Georgia will see temperatures in the 80s! Yes, it's a huge jump and it's all thanks to warm air advection and low moisture coming from the southeast.
