Possible T-Storms?

Good evening, Athens and North Georgia! Here in Athens, we experienced a relatively beautiful day today. The sky was partly cloudy, there were light winds, and the temperature reached a high of 73 degrees.

Athens can expect a pleasant night as well. The temperature is forecasted to drop to around 58 degrees, with partly cloudy skies and light winds. Majority of North Georgia should expect similar conditions. This weather should make it unnecessary for you to worry about layering up for your early school or work commute.

Tomorrow for Athens and North Georgia, the temperature is expected to rise to around 81 degrees, accompanied by light winds once again. The day will begin cloudy but will transition to scattered skies past noon. This will allow for daytime heating, which can potentially lead to isolated thunderstorms. We will experience a heating trend for the next three days, and isolated thunderstorms will still be possible.
