Spring Into Spring!

Good evening Athens and North Georgia! After a crazy weather weekend, we have some good news! The first day of spring is Thursday and the weather will reflect that well.


In Athens tonight the low will dip down to 37 degrees. Tomorrow the high will be 77. The winds we've experienced today will die down and we'll have a nice warm day tomorrow!


In North Georgia tomorrow, there will be a low of 35. The high will be 73 tomorrow. Low winds for the area as well.


Regardless of the area, make sure you dress for a cold morning and a warm afternoon as both areas will have a large diurnal range.


For the rest of the week, we're expecting to see days similar to tomorrow with highs in the 70s and a chance for showers Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
