Sweater Weather Inbound...

Good evening Bulldogs!


I hope you had a wonderful Wednesday, pleasant weather will persist through the next few days leading up until Friday night into Saturday morning with our next frontal system. Our high today in Athens was a crisp 55 degrees and we are expecting a low tonight in the 30's, with dry conditions remaining. Relative humidity values are low with winds expected to be 5-10mph, resulting in an elevated fire risk this afternoon.


Looking into tomorrow, we are expecting our high to remain in the mid-50s and keep that sweater handy as low temps will be in the 30's. A high pressure system will be reinforced tomorrow keeping our area dry with clear skies. I would consider this absolutely perfect weather to walk your dog in? Wouldn't you?
