Hot and Dry

It has been nothing but dry here in Athens for the past several days. Apart from the smoke from wildfires and the dry air, we had a beautiful day today.

Tonight, our persisting dry conditions will cool us to a low of 51 with clear skies. So if you’re going outside, you might want to wear some light layers.

Tomorrow, we will warm greatly to a high of 84 degrees, with clear skies and relatively calm winds. We will continue to stay dry.

The wildfires in southeast Georgia are lowering our air quality across Georgia, including here in Athens. If you are sensitive to this, make sure to limit your outside activity for the next few days.
