Cloudy Days with No Rain!

Good afternoon Athens and North Georgia readers! We have had a nice calm day today, much like the last few, with the sun peaking out throughout the day and a good amount of low level clouds in the area. Early morning fog has also entered the area with all these clouds. These same conditions are expected to stay as we look at the next few days due to the high pressure continuing to hang out over our area. The temperatures have also slowly started to increase as we here in Athens have been in the high 70s, almost breaking 80 today! With rain still not expected until we go into next week, it looks like Athens will keep that dry streak going for a great Halloween tomorrow!

Speaking of Halloween, the forecast isn't anything spooky! Here in Athens, we will be expecting a low of 58ºF, those low level clouds keeping the overnight temperatures from dropping too low. The high for tomorrow will be 79ºF, another beautiful day and the perfect temperature for trick-or-treating! Moving to North Georgia, the same conditions are expected with lows in the mid to high 50s and the highs tomorrow staying in the upper 70s. As we look towards the weekend, there is once again nothing drastic to note other than high pressure being slightly pushed by a low pressure system pushing towards us!

Thanks so much for reading, hope you all have a Happy Halloween tomorrow!! Stay tuned with the WeatherDawgs for any updates in weather forecasts, and Go Dawgs!
