Spring Showers

For our viewers in North Georgia and Athens, we have experienced warm temperatures and clear conditions throughout the week. However, we are seeing a shift in the weather this evening, as severe thunderstorms roll in ahead of a cold front. Once these storms pass, temperatures will drop, influencing our forecast for the next few days.

This evening's rain will clear out around sunset, leaving mostly cloudy conditions overnight in Athens. Due to the cold front, tonight's low will dip into the mid 30s. Tomorrow, clouds will linger, as the high temperature rises to the mid 50s. Despite the clouds, tomorrow will remain dry.

Similarly, North Georgia will also experience mostly cloudy conditions overnight. The low temperature will be in the low 30s, and tomorrow's high temperature will be in the low 50s. Expect mostly cloudy but dry conditions.

Enjoy the dry weather tomorrow, because rain will be returning on Friday and remaining through the beginning of next week. Following the cold front, temperatures will remain more mild throughout the weekend. Stay dry and Go Dawgs!
