Stationary Weekend Ahead

Looking at tonight and tomorrow, we have a cold front is making its way through the Southeast region and switching into a stationary front. This evening pop up storms will be moving through the area but most storms will be east of Athens. We could see more pop up showers traveling behind the front.

As we enter the weekend, we can expect high temperatures to be in the mid 80’s and low temperatures to be in the upper 60’s. There will be chances of rain in the afternoons due to the stationary front sitting over east and central Georgia.

For the second Georgia game of the season, we can expect partly cloudy skies with slight winds from the northeast. The high for Saturday will be in the mid 80's. As the afternoon progresses our chances of rain increase due to the stationary front. Have a great weekend and Go Dawgs!
