Good evening, Athens and North Georgia!! We're starting off the week with some interesting weather with rain this morning, 30+ mph wind gusts, and temperatures falling throughout the day!

In Athens tomorrow, we'll see those winds decrease some, with 15 mph gusts. The low is around 25 degrees Fahrenheit and the high is around 48. Keep in mind that those wind gusts will make it feel colder than those predicted temperatures!!

North Georgia will experience higher winds and lower temperatures than Athens tomorrow. Wind gusts will be around 15-20 mph. The low is 24 degrees Fahrenheit and the high is 41.

Make sure you grab your coats as you head out the door tomorrow morning!!

We're also keeping an eye on the potential for winter weather at the end of the week! Different companies and websites claim different outcomes for Friday and winter weather, especially because precipitation accumulation is difficult to forecast. We're monitoring numerous models closely and watching each model run to see if we start to see consistency. We will keep you updated as we get closer to Friday.

Stay warm, stay safe, and GO DAWGS!!
