Cold Mornings, Warm Evenings

Hello Athens viewers!

We had quite an interesting cold weekend, as everyone could probably tell! We had a very gusty Saturday, as we woke up to a low of 44 degrees on Sunday morning. That cold front significantly came thru this weekend giving us these colder temperatures.

We are definitely in the time of year where you leave the house with a sweater and come back home without one! Today has felt quite comfortable due to the large dry airmass sitting over Georgia currently. We woke up to some colder temperatures registering in the lower 40s. We’ve reached mid 70s today as we’re slowly coming back down.

We’re looking at some similar lows this week, upper 40s. The highs for this week will range lower 80s to upper 70s as we make our way through our fall, awaiting these fall-like temperatures.
