Getting Hot in Here

Happy Friday Athens, I hope you've had a great week enjoying a bit of a break from the typical humidity associated with our summers here in Georgia. As we move into this weekend though, our temperatures will continue to climb along with the humidity.


Looking at tomorrow, Athens is expected to reach a high of around 92 degrees, with Canton sitting a bit lower at 90 degrees. Athens is expected to experience lows around 71 degrees with Canton around 68 degrees.


If you plan to go outside this weekend be sure to bring along some water because it will be getting nice and warm. Going forward into Sunday the humidity will also be picking back up as well. Maybe grab some ice cream or go to the pool, whatever you can to stay cool. Have a great weekend!
