Higher Rain Chances Up Ahead

Good evening, Athens and North Georgia! Here in Athens, we will be experiencing a transition from the cooler and drier weather we've previously had earlier this week, to more moisture and higher rain chances by the time Thursday rolls around. Tonight, a low of 35 degrees is expected here in Athens, with the high reaching 62 degrees Wednesday afternoon. Sky conditions will be partly cloudy throughout tonight and tomorrow, with mostly cloudy skies expected by Wednesday night.

Looking onwards towards the rest of the week, widespread showers are expected throughout the North Georgia region, thanks to the passage of a low-pressure system. Conditions will then clear up on Friday, with temperatures expected to reach the high 60s throughout North Georgia and Athens by the time the weekend rolls around.

Alright, Bulldawg family, that's all for now - Have a great rest of your week, and Go Dawgs!
