Rainy Blues

Good afternoon, Athens and North Georgia!

We have now stepped into this wet and rainy week. Luckily, tomorrow may give us a tiny break from the showers, though it will remain mostly cloudy and humid. If you go outside the air is going to be pretty sticky as is typical for summers in Georgia.

Looking more into the temperatures, we can expect Athens to drop to around 68 degrees overnight and into the morning, while Canton will be sitting a bit lower at 65. In Athens, it is expected to then jump up to a high of around 84 degrees, with Canton also predicted to reach a similar temperature.

With the heat, humidity, and the clouds, tomorrow is not looking too fun but compared to the rest of the week it may be the only opportunity to get outside with low chances of rain. Despite the dreary weather, stay positive and keep looking up and have a great Wednesday!
