Sunny Stretch Ahead

Good evening, Athens and North Georgia! Today, Athens experienced a beautiful spring day with warm temperatures and calm weather. The high temperature reached around 64 degrees, and the mostly clear skies made it a comfortable and pleasant day across the area.

Tonight, Athens can expect a cool and quiet night. Temperatures are forecast to fall to around 48 degrees, making for a cool but comfortable night. Winds should remain light, and dry conditions will continue, so there will be no need to worry about rain as you head into the late evening and early morning hours.

Looking ahead, Athens, and much of North Georgia are expected to experience a very nice stretch of weather over the next three days. Mostly sunny skies will dominate the forecast, and dry conditions will remain in place. Afternoon temperatures will stay around the low 70s, continuing the spring feel to the region. With sunshine, low rain chances, and warm afternoons, it should be a great few days to spend time outdoors!
