Warm Weather Vibes

Good Afternoon, Athens and North Georgia! The current weather in Athens is sitting in the upper 70s and low 80s as we reach our peak temperatures this afternoon. Lows this week have been in the lower to mid-50s and will continue to stay this way as we progress. Conditions are staying sunny and dry as the high-pressure system over most of the Southeast persists. Athens has had no considerable rainfall since September, and there is no rainfall expected anytime soon. As we progress forward, temperatures are expected to rise slightly, with a high of 85 on Sunday, and then steadily drop as we approach Halloween.

North Georgia is experiencing the same conditions as Athens, with highs in the low 80s and lows in the 50s. High pressure continues to persist, bringing with it cool morning temperatures and then warming up considerably as the afternoon approaches.

As the dawgs enjoy their off week this weekend and fall break soon approaching, get out and take advantage of this gorgeous late October weather!!

GO DAWGS!!!
